Rahel Zewude is a second year medical student at University of Toronto. Prior to coming to University of Toronto, she studied neuroscience at University of Alberta. She has been serving as a co-president of BMSA since 2015. Aside from her work in BMSA, she's involved in various student groups in the UofT medical school. She serves as the VP Communtiy Affairs of University of Toronto's Medical Society and co-president of the Student Interest Group in Neurology. She has a strong passion for mentorship and supporting young students. Aside from studying & volunteering, Rahel enjoys running, skiing, long boarding, literature and all things music.
